W & T

WEDNESDAY

  • Lunch - Huge Bowl of Salad
  • Snack - Cheese Slice
  • Dinner - Medium bowl of Egusi Soup
  • Snack - 1 Avocado + 1 Tomato
  • 2 Litres of Water

THURSDAY MEALS

  • Brunch - Omlette, Sausages and sprouts
  • Dinner - 4 Pieces of Chicken
  • Snack - 1 Avocado + 1 Cheese Triangle
  • 3 Litres of Water

I went back to the park today after a 2 day break. Went 3 laps of jogging and 3 laps of power walking too. It was an hour well spent.
